Our Facility

Located in a 9,000 square foot facility in Ajax, custom designed specifically to meet the sensory and support needs of individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder, we offer a variety of amenities including a teaching kitchen and restaurant, a simulated store, a gym, a gymnasium, a gaming room, a Snoezelen room, a simulated dental clinic, group meeting and learning spaces as well as 1:1 therapy rooms.

Gymnasium
Gymnasium: Engage in recreational sports, adaptive fitness programs, or work with our certified Autism Fitness coach. Our gymnasium offers a supportive environment tailored to enhance physical well-being and promote an active lifestyle for all participants. This space is also available for party, activity or event rentals.
Basketball
Gym: Enjoy our user-friendly selectorsize machines, personalized training, and easy-to-follow strength routines. Our small-capacity gym supports independent use with individualised visual supports or video models if needed. Join through group training programs or get a membership for flexible access to enhance your physical well-being in a supportive environment.
Facility
Multi purpose space: Utilize our versatile, sensory-friendly space with acoustic panelling for social gatherings and events. Connect with friends over board games or coffee from our café, or use one of our laptops for job searches and resume building. This space is also available for party or event rentals, providing a welcoming and accommodating environment for various activities.
Gaming Room
Gaming Room: Check out our cool gaming room. Enjoy video games and interactive activities in a fun and cozy environment. This space is also available for rent, perfect for parties, events, or get-togethers with friends, offering a dynamic setting for socialization and entertainment.
Snoezelen Room
Snoezelen Room: Experience our calming Snoezelen Room, designed to provide a sensory-friendly environment for relaxation and therapeutic activities. Available to participants of any of our programs, this space can also be booked on an hourly basis for individuals of all ages, offering a serene and supportive atmosphere for sensory engagement and self-regulation.
Dentist
Simulated Dental Clinic: Our simulated dental clinic features a working dentist chair and is designed to provide a realistic experience. It is primarily used for our Dental Confidence program, where participants build familiarity with dental procedures. The clinic can also be booked by any community member who needs extra practice visiting the dentist.
Kitchen
Teaching Kitchen: Explore our fully equipped teaching kitchen, integral to our Living Well program and several group activities. Participants learn essential cooking skills and healthy eating habits. This space will also be the future home of our Balanced Meals take-out restaurant, offering nutritious meal options to the community. Whether you’re enhancing your culinary skills or enjoying a meal, our kitchen fosters learning and wellness.
Counseling Room
Counselling/Therapy Rooms: Our therapy rooms offer a comfortable, safe space equipped with acoustic panelling to reduce noise and create a calm environment. Furnished with various options including bean bag couches, rockers, and couches, these rooms cater to diverse sensory needs, ensuring a supportive setting for one-on-one therapy sessions.
