Ready to Work Program
Our ready to work program is a half-day program designed to increase opportunities for volunteer and paid employment opportunities for our members. During this program they have the opportunity to:

Understand their own strengths and preferences and identify jobs that would be a good fit for them.

Learn skills needed to find a job and get a job including; searching for a job, resume and cover letter writing, & interviewing skills.

Learn skills needed to keep a job including, communication skills, advocacy skills, social skills and executive functioning skills.

Participate in supported employment and/or volunteer opportunities.

Receive on the job training, coaching and support.
Working Towards Their Goals
Essential Skills Program
Our Essential Skills Program is for members that are working towards meeting the prerequisite skills for our Living Well and Ready to Work programs. This program provides one-to-one support to our members with the focus on decreasing dangerous behaviours, increasing advocacy & communication skills, increasing toleration and cooperation skills. Sessions are typically offered in 2 or 3-hour blocks. Itβs recommended to attend at least 3-days per week.
Getting Ready for Life After High School
Progressive Pathways
An exciting weekday evening/afterschool program that prepares individuals (ages 16-21) and families for the next steps into adulthood. It is designed for families whose teenagers are still enrolled at a highschool but want to get a head start in planning for life once highschool is done.

Gradual Exposure to New Environment: Abruptly ending and starting a new program can be difficult for many.This program gives students an opportunity to gradually transition to a new setting. .
